As educators, parents and law makers grapple with the issue of cyberbullying (bullying through electronic means) across the country, many of the decisions they make result in intervention from the judicial system. Legal ramifications exist for each stake holder; educators are concerned with liability; students want privacy and to exercise their free speech rights; and law enforcement officials need to keep everyone safe and enforce the law. During this hour and a half long interactive program, a panel of experts will explore legal issues and developing case law surrounding the issue of cyberbullying.
